This product will be ordered specially for you directly from our supplier once your order has been placed. Our products are generally not held in inventory so that we can offer you a wider choice of models and configurations.

Therefore, a processing and delivery time should be expected. This may vary depending on product availability at our supplier, order processing times, and transport conditions. In some cases, additional delays may occur beyond our control.

The estimated delivery time will be communicated to you as soon as possible after your order is confirmed and we receive availability information from our supplier.

For any questions regarding product availability or expected delivery time, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team. We are here to assist you and answer your questions.

For large items or items requiring special handling, delivery will be carried out by a specialized third-party delivery service mandated by our company.

Once all the items in your order have arrived at our warehouse and your order is complete, we will contact you to inform you that it is ready for delivery.

We will then notify you when delivery is scheduled and in progress, with all relevant information.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on product availability, receipt of merchandise at our warehouse, and carrier availability.
